Pet Policy

We welcome two cats at all communities.
Up to one dog and one cat, OR two cats are accepted in the following communities:

Catonsville: Shade Tree Trace
Cockeysville: 5 Corners, Dulaney Springs, Woodstream, Cinnamon Ridge, Bosley, Barretts Delight, Raintree Run, Wintergreen (Tidewater Court only)
Sparks: The Paths and Windmill Chase
Columbia: Clary’s Forest (Green Meadow Drive only), Hawthorn, Fairway Hills
Essex: Hartland Village, Hartland Ridge, Hartland Park, Hartland Run, Queens Purchase
Loch Raven: Tall Oaks (English Oak Road & Collinsdale Road only), Stratford
Glen Burnie: Tall Pines, Rainbow View, Mountain Ridge

Monthly rent premium: $25.00 for 1st pet and $15.00 for 2nd pet
Non-refundable pet fee: $250.00
Weight limit: Cannot exceed 50 lbs at and adult age
Breed restrictions: The breeds listed below will not be accepted. In addition any dog that is a mixed breed or cross-bred with any of the
following breeds will not be accepted.

While other paperwork is required, including but not limited to a form completed and signed by your Veterinarian and a certificate of insurance, when you make applicaton to lease an apartment,
please bring the following information with you:
1. Name of Pet, Age of Pet, Gender, Color, Type, Weight, Breed
2. Has the pet been sterilized?
